One-on-One Reiki Training

Learn Reiki at your own pace, on your own schedule.

One-on-one in person Reiki training allows you to study on your own timeline, and receive undivided attention. Sessions can easily be booked online at your convenience and according to your schedule. One-on-one training is great for students who want more flexibility and focused attention. This method of learning improves knowledge acquisition and allows time to integrate the material into practice.

One-on-One Reiki 1 and 2 Course Includes:

  • Pre-course Material (1 hour)

  • Two Private or Semi-Private Sessions (2-2.5 hours each)

  • Printed Reiki Manual and Supplemental text

  • Instruction Tailored to Your Needs

  • Reiki Attunement Ceremony (Reiju)

  • Post Attunement and Certification Session (1.5 hour)

    One-on-One Reiki Master Course Includes:

  • Pre-course Material (1 hour)

* 50% of course fees will be collected on your first session. The remaining balance will be collected during session two.

Session One (2-2.5 hours)

Foundations Session

  • Reiki Foundations (Pillars of Reiki, Reiki Precepts)

  • Meditation and Purification techniques (Gassho, Dry-Bathing, Breathing the Light Meditations)

  • Hand placements for Self-Reiki and Reiki on Others

  • Reiki Level 2 only (Distance Healing and Reiki Symbols)

  • How to prepare for Attunement and what to expect

Session Two (2-2.5 hours)

Practice and Repetition Session

  • Receive Reiki Attunement (Reiju)

  • Review Meditation Techniques

  • Review Self-Reiki and Reiki on Others

  • Demonstrate a 30 min Reiki Session on another person

Post Attunement and Certification Session (1.5 hours): Integration

  • Receive 30 min Reiki (Balancing and releasing post Attunement)

  • Review meditation techniques, self-treatments, and table treatments.

  • Address any questions or concerns the Reiki student may have

  • Receive certificate of completion during this session.
